Web hosting provider SeekDotNet announced on Wednesday it has launched both Windows and Linux-based virtual private server hosting services.

VPS hosting is ideal for smaller SMBs that have a limited IT budget as it provides a flexible yet efficient hosting option, providing a more affordable alternative than traditional dedicated hosting.

Web hosting companies that are targeting smaller SMBs can certainly take advantage of this opportunity by adding VPS hosting to their hosting portfolio.

SeekDotNet’s Windows VPS hosting packages are available in three packages which are the Silver, Gold and Platinum package.

The Silver package is priced at $39.95 per month, the Gold pakcage is $79.95 per month and the Platinum package is $129.95 per month. The Windows option includes Windows 2008 OS and unlimited use of WebSitePanel.

SeekDotNet’s Linux VPS hosting, on the hand, is available in Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum packages. They are priced from $30.95 per month for the Bronze package up to $130.95 per month for the Platinum package.

All of the VPS packages, Windows and Linux, allow third party software to be installed to the system. The Linux options are provided with the latest unlimited cPanel with Fantastico.

SeekDotNet’s VPS hosting service is designed for those owners of websites that require faster processing, greater security, and the ability to maintain complete control over their web presence.

The company offers service level agreements for all of its dedicated servers. Seekdotnet provides a range of hosting services including shared, reseller hosting and enterprise-grade solutions.
